Suitcases and Rummaging Oh My!

I'm heading to the Suitcase Rummage on September the 5th!

This means it's time to get me rear into gear, and start making things to sell! I'll be sending through my animal gals to the printer tonight to get made up as pretty postcards (photos will be up as soon as I get them back!?, I'm going to get my brooches made up finally, and I'll either do some new artwork or pick some older ones to be made into wall prints.

I also want to make some softies to sell. The series I want to do? Famous 'Real' Monsters! I'm planning to make a Loch Ness Monster, Bigfoot, Godzilla and Kraken. Yay! More to come shortly hopefully!

Oh to always be in costume!

I love costumes. I love watching movies with amazing costumes. I love to read and fawn over movie concept books where original artworks of costumes are transformed into fabric wonders. I put alot of effort into my costumes when I can, and though they never obviously reach the standard of the original, I always do feel like I'm the character, and only have to tell people who I am because they don't know the original haha. So here is a little look back on some of my favourite characters....sigh, I wish the photo quality was better!
